Common questions

Do I need to already have the AI pipeline set up?

Not at all. If you don't have the pipeline configured yet, we set it up as part of onboarding. If you already have it, we plug in directly.
Which AI agent do you use?

We default to Claude Code, but can work with GitHub Copilot / Codex or Gemini Code Assist depending on your stack and preference.
What if I need more hours one month?

You can add hours at the same per-hour rate, or we can upgrade your plan for that month. We'll always flag it before going over.
Do you work with any stack?

We specialise in PHP/Magento/Drupal/SugarCRM, Node.js, and Flutter — but the pipeline workflow is stack-agnostic and we've adapted it to many codebases.
Is there a minimum commitment?

We ask for a minimum of two months to establish a smooth rhythm, after which you can cancel or pause with 30 days notice.
