Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. The 7-day trial begins when you create your account, and you only add a payment method if you decide to carry on.
Which assistants does it work with?+
ChatGPT, Claude Desktop and Claude on the web, OpenAI Codex, and any other client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. The same subscription covers all of them.
Which Magento versions are supported?+
Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.x, reached through the standard REST API. On 2.4.4 and later, enable "Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens" in your store's OAuth settings.
What can it change in my store?+
Only what your Magento integration token permits, so you decide the ceiling. Tools that create, update, cancel or delete are labelled as such, and payment capture and refunds are off unless you ask for them explicitly.
How many stores can I connect?+
One Magento store per account. If you run several stores, create an account for each.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from the billing section of your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
